The BCCI joins the nation in celebrating World Environment Month.
The World Environment Day slogan for 2008 is Kick the Habit! Towards a Low Carbon Economy.
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has adopted the slogan.
Recognizing that climate change is becoming the defining issue in this era, BCCI encourages you to join its Tree Planting at the Angat Watershed on June 21, 2008.
Everyone is encouraged to bring snacks and lunch. This activity would also serve as your corporate social responsibility.
This activity is also a follow-up to the Tree Planting organized last November 17, 2007, which proved to be a success.

| The Bulacan Chamber of Commerce & Industry in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Bulacan will hold a seminar on "Tax Update 2008" on March 27, 2008 from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm at the Hiyas Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan. The speaker for the seminar is Ms. marivic A. Galban, Chief of Withholding TAx Division, BIR Head Office.
